My name is Karolin, but ever since I've had an online preference I have gone by my 'Gamertag'  Kamsanie, which was then shortened to Kami! I am 20 years old and am pursuing my Business full-time for a short period of time to see where it takes me! I have been creating jewelry for 3 years and have become so passionate for this craft. All sales are final. 

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for any returned product. if any part of the product/packaging is opened, damaged, or missing - we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Please inspect your package upon arrival & contact me immediately if anything is defective or missing. you have 7 days to file a claim.

All items will be Shipped and Processed within 4-6 days after the order has been placed unless the item is marked with MADE TO ORDER or CUSTOM then please allow a longer processing and shipping window and purchase accordingly. 

You will receive an order confirmation & notification with tracking information sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled. For whatever case you have not received an email after the allotted time then contact @kmcrafts03@gmail.com

Buyers are responsible for providing an up-to-date shipping address. Please double-check before proceeding with your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure all information is correct, once the package is out of my hands there is no guarantee for a refund unless the fault is on my end. 

Buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs & import taxes that may apply upon receiving the package. we’re not responsible for any customs delays.
